We are interested in your opinions and they help us increase the quality of our services. Please help us with your comment or opinion, what you were/ were not satisfied with.

We try to be trustworthy, as it is a necessity when dealing with the case history of a patient, when he is ill. The case history is the primary information concerning the health state, what you see at home, outside, outside the ambulance, how the patient behaves. The ambulance is often a place full of stress and many of the symptoms do not have to be visible when examining the patient.

Trust from the patient, but mainly yours as the breeder is a necessary part of the right therapy and it increases its effectivity.

The priority of our mission is to select the appropriate treatment for our patient with a minimal stress level quickly and effectively. Help us solve the problems which trouble our loved and devoted companions. We try to perceive the patient, not from a doctor’s point of view, but from your point of view, as the breeder. We realize that the patient is simply a part of your family and it is necessary to approach him in that way.

To improve the communication and services we have prepared a survey of satisfaction and trust expression towards your veterinarian.
